The French oak is impeccably integrated, lending richness without dominating, while bright acidity keeps the wine vibrant and lifted. Winemaking Notes:

To bring exceptional G2 Vineyard fruit to life, winemaker Don Burns utilizes traditional co-fermentation, weaving these four varietals together from the very start of the winemaking process to build a seamless, unified expression. Following co-fermentation, the wine spends 22 months aging in 70% new French oak. This deliberate barrel program softens the wine's powerful structure, infuses subtle warmth like clove, and builds a rich, decadent background of dark cacao that frames the fresh blackberry fruit.
